Before entering real estate, Sonny built a successful career in product development, marketing, and e-commerce for Fortune 500 companies, experience that continues to shape his strategic approach to pricing, positioning, and negotiation. Complementing his professional background is more than 20 years of personal experience buying, designing, remodeling, and selling residential properties, giving clients a practical, design-informed perspective that extends well beyond the transaction.

Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, and a resident of Atlanta since 1995, Sonny has long been drawn to the way history, architecture, and thoughtful design intersect, particularly in Intown neighborhoods. He is deeply familiar with Atlanta’s zoning, land-use considerations, and historic requirements, and previously served on the Morningside-Lenox Park Neighborhood Association Board, as well as its Zoning and Master Planning Committees. This background allows him to advise clients on layout potential, renovation feasibility, and long-term value — not just list prices.

Sonny specializes in luxury homes, historic properties, and design-forward residences, with a primary focus on Morningside, Virginia-Highland, Ansley Park, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, Druid Hills, Midtown, Buckhead, and surrounding Intown Atlanta neighborhoods. He also serves as an owner’s representative for large custom home builds, works extensively with renovation and value-add buyers, and provides discreet access to off-market opportunities.
